These are the fields at the end of the IMM5744E form. For your signature and consent if sponsored party is under the age of 18.

There are only 4 sections i.e. A, B, C and D and total of 5 questions.

A. SPonsor part
B. Spouse or Applicant part
C. Sponsor and its email
D. If underage Child


No E, F or G section plus The form is of 1 page

Am I right bro? Sorry I am asking way too much qs...

You are right, the form updated in Oct 2014, so here is the new method to fill it.

Section A will have principal applicant's name (the one who is being sponsored from pk)
section A will have principal applicant's signature as well


Section B will have Sponsor's name (the one who is in Canada)
section B will have Canadian Sponsor's signature as well

Section C will also have Sponsor's name (the one who is in Canada)
on section C
ICCRC number
Business or organization name both spaces will have
N/A written if you applied your spousal case without any lawyer

Section C4) : Check the e-mail Box

Put N/A in Section D

and you both only have to fill one IMM5744E form and both will sign the same form
principal applicant's should fill/print/sign/scan and e-mail it to Canadian Sponsor who will print/sign/scan ad upload it on Atip Website

Dont worry about it. Youre right those four sections cover underage applicant and signatures so there is no need for any more sections. Make sure that you print all names and dates before signing the doc. Indicate clearly in what form you prefer the information to be released by ticking either email or post.

Alhamdulillah By the grace of God and after lots of prayers from a lot of people, I received PPR Today at 1.30 PM and submitted my passport at 2.30 pm at VAC Karachi, I paid 1550 Rs and sent two pics (white background) 1 passport copy and 1 letter from cic (PPR with appendix A) and original passport.

A great start to the week , by seeing your PPR request and one August transfer getting a remed request, looks like my prediction of March will be the month for August transfer is somewhat true..!! Hoping for the best for all of us INSHA ALLAH..!!

Well hope for the best INSHA ALLAH as by the current trend it will be maximum 13 to 15 months not more than that, but no one knows exactly, for the time being give us the following information so that you can be added to the spreadsheet and you can monitor yourself how the cases are progressing. Thanks for your detailed reply..Could you plz send me the link of the form please..Coz one member said that Section A is for SPONSOR while you are saying Section A to be filled by the Applicant (person in PK)..

passport has been with Isl office since Jan 14 for visa issuing. Cant understand what could I possibly do to get the passport back.
