Hello, my wife is on a closed work permit in Canada, and I am a Canadian Permanent Resident who lives in Canada but commutes daily to the U.S. for work. Are we eligible to apply for spousal sponsorship, and are there any specific conditions we should be aware of given my cross-border commute?

Short form, as long as you're in compliance with the residency obligation, you should be fine.
Depending on specifics of your case, you might see some additional checks on the amount of time spent in Canada (i.e. that you're principally residing here) and that you're paying taxes here (as sign of residence also).
That may result in a bit of a delay compared to some other files, but probably not excessively so.
One caveat, scrutiny may take longer if you were out of compliance in past and/or very close to minimum number of days. In other words, whether there is doubt you settled here 'permanently.' But this is partly specualtion on my part.
