Spousal sponsorship and denied Refugee claim

My medical was done but now expired.What do you suggest I do? Should l appeal the refugee hearing decision while I wait to hear from the sponsorship program..or wait it out??

On note u could have appeal your refugee denial at federal court, but u did have to do it in 15 day from when you get the decision, an it would have cause you a lot of money for lawyer fee

I am still within the 15 day time to appeal ..and I am still in good standing with legal Aid...I could contact a lawyer to do that...I really want to make the best decision on this...

If u are within the 15 day u can go ahead no harm trying, u just have to make sure u have better evidence than before are u will get the same results

Hi everyone..So I Got my DM yesterday (PR side).. How long after this should I wait to get my COPR..I am so happy right now things are working out....

It's been a long wait...submitted application In August 2019.
Got my SA in February 2020 and
my file was transferred 28th February to Etobicoke...Then covid Happened..and it was dead silence for a year..Got a call from Hamilton office March 2nd 2021 asking if my hubby and I are still together and I said yes....so was told my Medicals had expired and needed to do a new one and also Renew my passport....Then DM yesterday....can't wait for everything to be finally over.

Hi there, I am in the same situation. My husband is a failed refugee claimant and I sponsor him under inland spousal sponsorship in June 2022.His passport is expired and siezed by IRB . Can you please suggest me when he should renew his passport?
