My wife , who is Canada PR holder and staying in Canada and I am currently staying out of Canada. She has , has sent complete application for "Spousal Sponsorship" which was received by Authorities in Nova Scotia on 6-June-2019 as per courier details.
However, while query online https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas , the application is not available even after 50 days.
How many days generally do CIC takes to make the application status available online.
Is there any way to contact CIC, at least to confirm that they have received the application.
