Hi,
For my wife's Spousal Outland PR application, in the generic application form, it asks if you have given English language test. The answer is Yes (she first tried for express entry), but she got low score in one of the sections (My wife gave CELPIP and got scores of 11, 11, 7 and 6.) So should we mention that she gave English test or should we just say NO (that will be a lie technically).
If we select Yes, Should we submit her CELPIP scores as well? Won't her low score in one of section create a problem for her?

Are you sponsoring your wife for PR? I don't recall there being any questions pertaining to language testing on the Spousal PR Applications .... Make sure you are using the correct sponsorship package.

Yes, I'm sponsoring my wife for PR. There is a generic application form IMM008, in "Language Detail" section, there is this question - "Have you taken a test from a designated testing agency to assess your proficiency in English or French"

Then answer yes, her scores should not be required, but you can include them if you wish. Her language abilities have no bearing on your sponsorship application. She will not be judged based on them.
