I am about to graduate from DLI institute in Canada in August 2023. My study permit is valid till 31st March 2024 and I will apply for PGWP post graduation ie. September 2023.
I applied for SOWP for my husband and it has been approved. However, he is planning to travel from India to Canada in December 2023 and collect his SOWP work permit.
Since, my status will be changed from student to worker then, are there chances that his work permit might be rejected at airport immigration?
And will he be atleast allowed to enter Canada since he has TRV?

Just thought you would know the answer to my question. Do we need to give medical exam twice? Once for owp (received AOR for SCLPC in canada). and then again when they request the medical exam during processing of the spousal sponsorship?
