hello everyone just wondering if you do not pass your medical may be a slight disease like kidney disease do they reject your immigration?

what do we have to do if you do not pass your medical?

I don't think that will produce any bad news. Anything which is contagious or can be passed around may hinder the immigration process. This is my personal view ...

Not so true!!!

I remember in 2012 when they sent email to give an appointment for my husbands interview they also called him to verify that he got the email. Also they told him another Visa Officer may call me, so yes they do make calls. Nothing is definite with them. Just when you think you got it all covered they throw another wrench into the plans. I know from what I have been reading here that the ones who's files have been sent to UK I really think its lucky for you all In Sha Allah. May Allah make it possible for all of us to be with our loved ones soon In Sha Allah

They asked for a
1) Marriage registration certificate (NADRA)
2) Police Certificate.
3) Updated forms IM0008 and IMM5669
4)proof of cont rship.. which includes entry exit stamps from wifes visit.. pics, chats, emails so on and so forth..

Nope it is not a family registration certificate. It is a registration of your marriage with NADRA. A totally different one.

don't you just get passport request on the first time after your medical and thats when they stamp the visa and send it back?

The Pakistani law does not permit passports to go outside to London (or any other country for that matter) for visa stamping. Therefore, the passport stage is divided into 2 steps. The first is when the photocopies of the passport and Updated Information Chart is sent to London (for them to check and evaluate). Following which LVO directs Islamabad Office to request the applicant's passport for Visa stamping (which is step 2).

Marriage registration certificate NADRA, it means ur Nika nama is valid and registered....not family registration certificate

Thanks how long would this process take? lets say my wife's medical was done yesterday, so how long now?

it should be in London. Did you ask you PM or order notes? I ordered notes and still waiting for them. I applied in April 2013 so i think its time to order notes.

Hello Forum, New to the forum. Kindly someone help me with a question or actually two

My application (Spousal) has recently been transferred to LVO from Mississauga office. I am a Canadian citizen. Kindly advise if I were to move to Pakistan till my spouse has received visa, is that ok?

Also do I need to fill some other types of forms or a letter to LVO stating I am moving to Pakistan till the visa processing is undergoing? Thanks
