Ours is not in process yet, but it still saying background check is in process.

Today I got my gcms notes. We sent our app March 17th, 2020, they transferred it to Etobicoke a couple weeks ago. The notes say the officer is not satisfied our relationship is genuine and that the Etobicoke office will find out if its genuine and if we are cohabiting together. We have been married since January 2020, we provided all the proofs of same address, such as drivers license, joint bank account, on my work benefits etc. This is just ridiculous. Anyone have an idea of why this happens? Any experience?

It is stressful. playing with our nerves that’s all. I thought our application was perfect with tons of proof, all our chat logs for 3 years, pictures, lease agreement, driver license with same address, bills etc. What else could show more that our relationship is genuine :/
