Unfortunately it’s basically a waiting game now. It took us about 7 months from the time our case was transferred to the time it was assigned to an officer and we had communication from them.
In the mean time you can apply for your case notes to see why they transferred your application (highly recommended doing this).
We are December 2019 applicants and heard from Etobicoke June 30 2021, received AIP and are now still waiting for DM

I already applied for Gcms Notes. Did they ask you for additional documents or was there any interview conducted? You are almost there since you already got AIP. Congrats for your AIP.
The officer that was assigned to me called June 30 and asked me a few questions regarding my partners assault charges (that were dismissed) we noticed her about our son(Canadian citizen) she basically has to confirm we were still together. Then omce she received his birth certificate she was approving the AIP.
July 6 we got AIP then the following day after we received AIP we were requested to submit another Schedule A document and my husband was requested to provide RCMP fingerprints.
We received the rcmp results yesterday and submitted to Immigration.

No problem. I wish you the best!
I know when our application was transferred last year I read through this forum and had very little hope. But things seem to be rolling now hopefully it won’t be too long before you hear anything.
At 6:45 tonight my husband (inland PA) received an email for his invitation to the PR Portal. I’m beyond ecstatic that our road is soon coming to an end.

Order notes... they will mention any concerns if they have any. If they mention missing documents, send them via webform and mention that from your notes it mentioned missing documents required.
if there is no "red flag" and nothing to contact them for... it is just a waiting game.
If we knew a way to speed things up none of us would be on this forum very long.
