I’m working on my application to get ready. My husband is Canadian PR and I’m PA. I’m pregnant & my delivery date is 07 june 2020. Now my question is should I submit my application if it is ready before my delivery or should I after giving birth of baby. My husband says there will be delay to gather baby’s passport, birth certificate and all others documents. So send application now. Later we add our baby’s documents. I’m confused what should i do?
My second question is because of covid 19 I can’t manage my police clearance certificate now. If i will send it later will it be any issue?

Within how many days of signing of package are we supposed to submit it. I have my wife's application signed around June but I received it around August due to Covid and now I am waiting for pcc as previous one was done in February and it seems that it is only valid for 6 months. This application I am doing for my wife who is currently residing in India while I am in Canada as permanent resident.
