Ok quick run-down.

My father is a landed immigrant in Canada, and is married to a Canadian. She has 5 children all Canadian.
I am 30 years old, and i am wondering whether i can be sponsored by my father.
Thanks for any help.

It doesnt look like it. It says i could be, providing;

you can sponsor one relative regardless of age or relationship only if you do not have a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter, parent, grandparent, sibling, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece who could be sponsored as a member of the family class, and you do not have any relative who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident or registered as an Indian under the Indian Act.

"And do not have any relative who is a canadian citizen or perm resident....

My father is married to a canadian, and she has 5 kids. (all over 18). Does that disqulaify?

Yes, you are not eligible for family class, unless he resides either Sask, or Manitoba, you maybe eligible under their PNP program.
