Hi, please i need ur help..actually i am in canada from 4.5 years i came here as a residence because my wife sponsored me here .. we have 2 daughters but my relation with my Wife is not good so i want-to give divorce But she is threatening mE that She will deport me back home because she sponsored me here because she found i have a gf he

If you are already a PR, she cannot do anything to your PR status. That's an empty threat.

Yaah some one told me that she can sent me to jail so i m worried she is controlling me even she punch me on my face i did not do anything i m doing whatever she is saying

I cannot comment on your domestic issues. If you are being abused you need to talk to the police.

However, there is absolutely nothing she can do to your PR status.

Nothing can be done about your PR. I would be more worried about child support.
