Sponsorship of kids

Hi All,


One of my Friend has applied to renew her PR card, it's not received yet and she went to immigration office and immigraton told her to sponsor her kids who were born in USA. Is it possible for her to sponsored them before she get her PR card.

Yes, as long as her PR status is not in question, she doesn't need to wait for the new card before applying to sponsor them.
