Hi. My friend wants to know if she can still invite/sponsor her mom to visit her Canada? She is planing to send an invitation, and as everyone knows, she needs to sen a copy of her PR Card.
Her PR has expired and has not renewed yet. She needs to take a driver's license to use this as her I.D. Does she need to renew it first before she can sponsor her mother to apply for tourist visa?
