Sponsor (me) is Canadian and I have a 7 year old daughter who lives with me. My husband is American and I am sponsoring him.
On Form 5481 Sponsorship Evaluation, under the section "Number of Family Members and Persons Included in Undertakings in effect and not yet in effect" Questions 4-7...

While I acknowledge that I have a financially dependent child, this is in the section of "Number of Family Members and Persons Included in Undertaking in effect and not yet in effect"... I originally just wrote "2" for my husband and myself... but should it be "3" even though my daughter is Canadian?? I'm confused. Please help.
