Sponsorship by divorced father

Hello
I'm 34 . My father with his seconde wife ( my steep mother) move to Toronto in 1990 . They have 18 yo doughter ( my step sister) . My sister was grow up in Canada but she live now in Europe ( Poland) . My father , steep mother and my steep sister has canadian citizen status from years. My father never was sponsor.
Is my futher can by a sponsor for me in case he will be single ( divorced) ?

No - he can't. He has a daughter which means he can't qualify to sponsor you under the "lonely Canadian" rule. If you wish to immigrate to Canada, you will have to qualify on your own.
