sponsorship application and open work permit application

i am about to file application for spousal sponsorship (in land). i have a question whether i have to send sponsorship application and open work permit application together (in one envelop) to the same place CPC-M, and which form i should use for open work application.

This is the great mystery of 2014!

CIC changed the mailing address for all Inland applications in January, from Vegreville (where OWP applications are also processed) to Mississauga.

At this point, all you can do is phone them and hope that you get a correct answer.
