Hey there! I’m new in the forums, this is my first post and I’m looking for some advice.
I’m an Italian and Argentinian citizen and since a year ago I’m dating with my girlfriend whom is from Quebec.
She came last year with my mother in law to Argentina and they stayed at home.
Now we would like to know what’s the best thing we should do to be together and if our unique chance is to she become my sponsor and marry me what should we do and what’s our best chance about the papers, if start the process inside or outside?
Regarding me, I have an excellent knowledge of English, I even worked for a time for important bands and artists.
I have an Italian passport, and in the Argentinian one my Canada and USA Tourist / Business visa.
Lately I started applying for IT certifications too, maybe they can help a little.
Thanks so much really !

Hi
Your work experience/education/language skills are irrelevant in a spousal app.
Whether to apply inland or outland depends on your personal situation. Inland, you get an OWP in 3-4 months but are advised not to leave Canada during the process. Outland, you can be in or out of Canada but there is no OWP.

Thank you so much for your quick reply!
I read it before but these last 2 days were tough to me because of study and exams, so I’m taking the time to reply now.
Regarding your answer, any advice so we don’t get rejected if we do it while in Canada? (I read that worst case scenario you can’t appeal)
Thanks so much again.

You have little chance of being refused. Follow the checklist.
