Sponsoring spouse, dependents - financial evaluation

I am in the process of sponsering my spouse who has 3 dependent children from a previous relationship. I sponsored my mother and brother in 2016 and they are living here.

Do I need to show LICO for my husband and 3 children, plus myself the sponser and the undertaking of my brother and mom which is still in effect. That would be lico for 7.

Please answer for me, I see somewhere you don't need lico for spouse and dependent children but am I see contradicting information in other areas.
