Hi, I recently sponsored my wife and now would like to bring her only adult son of 24 years old to canada, applied for student visa but got rejected citing he doesn;t have any reason to go back to his home country, Is there any way to sponsor him and to bring him to Canada? should I re apply for the student visa explaining his mother is here and ask for compassion?

Unfortunately you cannot sponsor him for PR. He's too old. He will have to qualify independently through an economic immigration program like EE or PNP.
He can certainly apply for the study permit again. Rather than asking for compassion, he should address the refusal reasons in the previous application and strengthen evidence of his ties to his home country.
