Hi
My spouse was single at the time of landing in 2011 where he became a PR skilled worker. We got married in 2013 , he sponsored me and i became PR IN Y 2014. He was ordered a departure order this year due to being unable to meet residency obligations (2 in 5 years), he has appealed against this departure order (still waiting for IAD response).
My question is: if everything failed and he loses his PR, can I sponsor him back after 5 years have passed from being a PR? Knowing that he didn't take any pension, for him or me and he has no criminal record..
