Congrats! It was 2 days for UPS to deliver. Dont forget to use the specified address for couriers.

Just double checked my documents.........again!

I have:

Application to Sponsor, sponsorship agreement form
Sponsorship Evaluation
Sponsor Questionaire

copies of my passport and Canadian citizenshipship card

Option C printout
proof of employment

letters from my best friend and my aunt agreeing to house us and help us find employment
Letter promising financial support from my parents

and an email conversation I have had with a real estate agent about buying property in Canada.

Did I miss anything?

(I know I have not included the receipt yet, I will be doing that tonight)

As for my wife:

Generic application form for Canada
Background declaration
spouse/partner questionnaire
additional family info

medical check form

-police check
-copy of passport and ID card
-Identity and civil status document
-proof of relationship
(all have been translated and notorized)

cards she has received from my family (birthday/congrats on the marriage)
Our wedding invitation
letters from both of my sisters stating that they know of our relationship
(copied the letters from my best friend/parents and aunt and included them in here too)

Letter about what she will do in Canada along with a 'history of our relationship letter written by both of us'

About 60 photos included in package.

(receipt will be done tonight)

Trying to think if I have missed anything, getting the nerves before sending of application big time! LOL!

-marriage certificate?
-communication: e-mails, texts, etc? (for proof of relationship)

* your list is good, that's all I can think of.

I will photo copy our marriage certificate, there pretty much are no emails anymore since we have been living together for about 7 years.

Not sure why we would need the marriage certificate to be honest, since it has us as being married on the notorized documents.

Photos: immigration photos and passport photos are two diff. animals. Bring the photo instructions in the with you to the shop. They can stamp the back. I can't remember if they were signed or not (or even have to be) since my wife di this part. Some people take their own photos and print on photo paper. We used a shop we always used for passport photos. He didn't even need to see the instructions.

Tip: I used an e-mart fruit bag (you know the bags on a roll for putting loose fruit/veg in) to put the enveloped in. Don't want all those docs. getting wet! The courier didn't bring any packaging. Be sure to have it ready to go.

Doesn't say anywhere in the guide that they have to be signed.

Don't have to be signed. They just have to be recent it states. (and correct specs.)
