Sponsoring my Husband questions

my fiancée and I plan to get married in April. I have 3 questions:

1.) From the day that we get married, is he allowed to live with me?

2.) Is there a minimum amount of income I need to sponsor him? I read it is $30,000 but then people tell me i only need to prove that i have a full time job and some money in the bank and prove I’m stable.

If there is a minimum income requirement, what happens if I make below that amount?

3.) Do I NEED a lawyer? Or can I just do the application and everything by myself?

if he is in canada, he can stay with you but note that he is VISITING until his is approved as a PR.

there is no income required -- you have to show how you plan to support (job letter)
