i m from morocco also ,and i find this forum very helpful for our situation about waiting our processing paper in rabat ;and i can say when the strike was finished ,we was verry happy ,but we still have to wait me and my husband to be together inchaelah ,we get married in december 2012 ,and i did the medical at the end of january ,so my husband when he go back to canada he sent paper to missausouga ,and they approved ,and they tell my husband that the paper in rabat in may2013,and we still not yet hearing anything from them, i hope soon inchaelah

sister, morocco was never on strike this year alhamdulillah. It was only the major visa offices that were. Rabat received our application on June 14th 2013. They replied to my email just this morning to inform me that our file is waiting for an interview. So you and all of us should all be hearing something very soon inshaAllah. Seems like a lot of us applied around the exact same time haha ;D

May Allah bring you to your husband in Canada soon. Ameen.

one last thing, they dont accept usb's...and all these digital things.
so you have to print out everything and take it with you.

you said they called you today and you have the interview on next week, on which day on next week you have the interview ? cos i see you still have to prepare your police check and i see they didn't give you much days to get prepared.

can you tell us what else they asked you to bring beside the things you mentioned above ?

at what time they called your phone today ? and did they also send you an e-mail ?

This is a lot of the things that they asked my husband to bring with him a while ago. It is all ok, do not worry. I just wish my husband had the date for interview like you did.

wow, they are asking for a lot of documents again.

Amira, if you lived in UAE for more than 6 months you will need a police certificate from there. Because you are now in Morocco you can apply from Morocco but you need to get some things done first before you send your request.

The Moroccan police CC should not take long, maybe it depends on the city, but my husband got his in 1 day.

Inchallah you will get it quickly, make sure you go in the morning on Monday and you should have it before your interview. Which city do you live in?
It is very possible, I think they use the same letter and make changes, maybe they forgot to delete the UAE comment from a letter they send to soemone before you. They also ask for things from your husband, copy of his tickets to Morocco and stamp in his passport when he go to Morocco for Visit, have him send this to you too and you can print. They also ask for the guarantee to be faxed to them, this I have no idea what it is.
