Do dependents follow the same PR rules for time spent in Canada to keep their status? Me and my husband want to sponsor my stepdaughter/his daughter so that she has her PR therefore can easily travel to Canada without applying for visitor visa’s all the time. However, as she is only 4, she would be splitting her time between us and her mother so not living in Canada fulltime.
