Sorry if this was answered before. I tried to find similar question without any luck.
Me and my common law partner are sponsoring my parents. Now in the general form 0008 that my father will sign it says list all dependents. Now my parents, besides me they have a daughter (my sister). She is more than 30 years old, I wouldn't call her a dependent. Does she also have to be included in the form as a dependent?
According to the rules I can't sponsor her, only my parents.
