sponsoring dependent children

I am sponsoring my dependent children my sponsorship has already approved and case has been transfered and in process in CIC-Islamabad. I am managing their case with CIC-I however, I have not signed the authorisation form in which I have to correspond with CIC in the case of my kids. I have recently sent them letter for change of their mailing address however, it is still not changed as per e-case. So pls advise should I send them authorisation letter signed by my kids or its ok as being my dependent I am automatically authorised to correspond with CIC on their behalf.

We sent a change of address to Buffalo and they NEVER made the change on Ecas. Try emailing CIC-I and ask them if they got your change of address.
