Hi.me and my gf where in canada for almost two years now.We live in separate house during weekdays because of work.Her address is different from mine.Her billing address is different from mine.But during weekends we go home in her brothers house.But sometimes we use her brothers address if we bought something online but its under our name.she's preapring her documents for PR application.can she declare me as her commonlaw partner?By the way we have a joint account and also she is one of my beneficiary in mu life insurance(vice versa)would i also be a PR if shes already PR?Thank you
