We applied for inland spousal sponsorship back in October 2021 while I (the sponsor) was a PR. The application is taking long since it's non-routine, the PA used to have a PR long time ago that she lost due to not meeting obligations and now she has a removal order and we applied for PRRA last January hoping to the PA gets a PR before a PRRA decision.
We achieved the below so far: Medical, fingerprints, SA, Request for Additional Documents in June, relationship interview in July 13th, and PA eligibility approved recently.
I would like to know if the sponsor (Canadian citizen now) has to travel for 20 days end of August, would this be a problem now?
