Q5: Higest level of education you have completed.

doing the form online - do I put the number of years in each box and checking the higest education which for my wife would be college/uni

for my application what i did is selected my highest education university and then added up 4 elementary, 4 intermediate, 4 secondary and 4 university that is a total of 16 years of study.

Some applicants also put only the the numbers of years of study 4 years (of the university)

what about q 11? i visited back home 2 months ago so do i say I've been in Canada since the day i landed (dec 25, 2012) or do they mean how long have you lived in canada? (since 1992?)

I would say that sounds right, that you've been living in Canada since you arrived.

The only thing though would be if you needed a new visa to enter Canada after your trip home, then I would think your time living in Canada would be from the most recent entry.
