Sponsor of Common Law Partner -PR card not received yet.

Hi everybody. I recently received my PR but I do not have the PR card yet. However, I want to submit an application to sponsor my common law partner ASAP in order to maintain the implied status. I cannot wait to receive the PR card that takes two months to arrive. Now, in the Checklist form it explicitly says "Submit a Photocopy of your PR card (Both sides)". I am wondering if I can submit the page that they gave me at the border and that is attached to my Passport. I am talking about the confirmation of permanent residency page with which new PRs go to the border to start their PR. That is the only valid document that testifies their PR status until they receive the card so I do not see any reason why that should not be valid. But I wasn't able to find anything on the guide. Please help !!! Thanks a lot
