hello,

First thanks of all for your help.

I got my PR in Jan 2008 and i am a stay home mommy of 10 month old baby now. (my husband is a Canadian).

I have a sister in China, 24 yrs old, is taking the Live-in Caregiver programd and will finish it soon in this Nov.

My question is which option is the best and guaranteed way to bring her over to Canada?

:"Should i sponsor my sister as a Live-in Caregiver to take care of my baby in Canada?" .
or
:"Should in In-Laws (65 yrs old, retired,) hire her as Live-in Caregiver.

I heard a lot of cases that ppl got rejected on their working permit just b/c of their families are in Canada.

Thank you very much!
