Hi, My situation is I am a Mexican Man, My girlfriend is Canadian and we have a baby as well born in Canadá. Our relationship has been for 3 years long distance relationship she's been visiting me and i want to live-work in Canadá with her, At the moment im visiting Canadá been here for 5 months but going back to Mexico next week together as Family and coming back in a month for Christmas. I only have ETA for now as a visitor but I need to know what application to do or what's best to do i hope you can help me. Thank you for your time.

At this time she cannot sponsor you. In order to sponsor you, you must either be married or be common law. To be considered as common law, you must live together continuously for at least one full year. A month is too long to be separated and IRCC will most likely consider this as a break in continuous cohabitation which means you'll need to start counting the 12 months from scratch when you return.

At this time she cannot sponsor you. In order to sponsor you, you must either be married or be common law. We have been living together since June 21st and we are going to Mexico together and coming back together and stay for another 6mnthsthen go back to Mexico and do what we need

In that case you are good. After June 21 2019 she can sponsor you for PR.
