Sponsor a husband but now divorced.

good day,

i hope someone can enlightened my status. I came here in canada last year july 2023. I was on a work permit and visa under HSW. I sponsor my husband and child and they got a work permit / study permit.
I caught my husband cheating and he was doing it even before we planned to come to Canada.

I just could not bear the fact of infidelity, threat's and emotional abuse.
i filed a divorce and was granted. This year.

my question is was there any possible ways to request of his visa to be cancelled.
i notified IRCC, And he was removed from my sponsorship as he was no longer in family class and does not meet family class criteria as per divorce doc., now remains is my child and myself now we just received our PR.

Do you think his work permit will still be valid or not?
Im just fed up with all his lies and emotional threats.

There is no way for you to cancel his visa. It's not possible.

Thank you, i was just wondering I am going to inquire to CBSA today and ask what is the best thing to do. Some says if my work permit is no longer valid then all dependents under it will applies the same.

This is not family class sponsorship since you were not yet a PR or citizen when you include/then exclude him from your PR application.

You have removed him from your PR application and landed as PR with your child. He will not be able to land as PR.

Not sure if you can do anything to cancel his current work permit tho.
