If I spent two months in Canada from june to august and then travel for 6 months. Do I count the two months when I apply for citizenship or they don't count because it is less than 183 days
 
because some people say if I spend two months in 2010, they won't count it because I have to spend 183 days during the calendar year

That's not correct. They will still count. If you don't believe you can use the calculator on CIC's website.
