While answering the question " have you been convicted of criminal offence in canada or any other country" - should the OP mention "yes" or "no" if he had a speeding ticket in the UK and 3 points on his drivers license. The Police clearance from the UK says "No Trace"
Please advise.
I wouldn't worry about a speeding ticket. I'm sure it mean more like going to jail for a day or more.
