Hello,

I have been trying to contact IRCC in regards to getting an update on the application for a super visa which has been ongoing for almost a year. I've tried calling via Phone within Canada on this number: 1-888-242-2100

However I've never been able to get any agent answering the phone, I've always got a message along the lines of: "We're currently unable to answer you call. The agents are available Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4PM."

Are people able to get to speak to an agent these days? Is it just a matter of luck or timing? Is there any other phone contact that may be better to get in touch with an agent?

Thanks,
A*
