Got result today R-6.5, L-6.5,w-7, s-7.5. Well I was confident to get more than 7 in R and L section. Can I reevaluate Reading and Listening? do you think is there any chance?

No..
L R re-evaluation is the worst idea, since they both are evaluated electronically, and they are purely objective for assessment, in contrast to S & W.
So there are 99% chances that u will NOT get high score after re-evaluation in L & R.
I would suggest u to retake the test. U have done well in S & W. But in L R probably u had been lost somewhere mentally during the exam, and that would be the reason u got less in them. Best idea is to practice more for L R, and retake the test.
Seeing ur this test scores, u would definitely get hig score in subsequent tests.

There does remain human intervention in evaluation of L R, but the difference is that the answers are ALL OR NONE, i.e. either it is 100% correct or 100% wrong. There lies no subjective aspect in this. They have hired some clerical staff (of course trained one), who evaluate the L R answer sheets. Also, these staff are provided with an answer key, according to which they evaluate the answers. So, if your answer matches with that of the answer key, then bingo, your answer is correct. Otherwise, not. Even a small mistake in only one alphabet letter/number can get you a wrong answer.
On the contrary, the evaluation of S W is solemnly dependent on human subject. The examiner evaluates your task response in both of them. SO, naturally, there lies subjective aspect. It is obvious that while one examiner finds you eligible for 7 in S, at the same time, other examiner may not. The other one may give you 6.5 or even 7.5...
These are the reasons why experts sometimes advise to go for re-evaluation of S W, but not of L R.
Yes, nicely summed up and sure the answer was quite helpful. But, are the charges of revaluation going to be same, say a candidate wants to revaluate his/her speaking and writing modules, or the IELTS institutions charge the fees individually for respective modules?

There is only one application form for re-evaluation.
All 4 modules are there in the form to choose from.
You can select any module which you wish to apply for re-evaluation. (i.e. LRWS any module)
And yes the fees are somewhere around 8500 INR. But the fees are the same whether you select one module or more.
It depends on your choice how may modules you wish to apply for.
