SOWP under Intra-Company transfer visa or study permit

Hello Everyone,

My company in the UAE will provide an Intra-Company transfer visa, and I have a valid study permit. My wife does not have an SOWP, and my kids do not have a study permit.

Should I ask the company to request an SOWP for my wife and a study permit for my 5-year-old son under the same request?
Or
Should I ask for these requests referring to the Study permit?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

My work is flexible so that I can study and work simultaneously. I'll do both.

Your decision. If haven’t applied for transfer then apply at the same time. For Masters you need to show $31k in cash plus tuition, and ties to return.

Pretty sure OP can't work full-time on a student permit.

I checked ircc and i can have full-time job and full time study permit.

Right but you are doing a full time job and a full time Masters. IRCC will wonder how that is physically possible.

What do you mean remote? You said ICT transfer so you would work out of the company’s Canadian office. Your work permit will show the location you work from.

Correct, but I can work without need to attend the office. I am an information technology specialist. Hence, all my duties need only a laptop and internet connection.

Their ties, not yours. Income property and business registration in her name. Job opportunities for her based on her education and work experience.

So your Canadian office and school are near each other? Your residence will be near the Canadian office…drive to it?
