I have withdrawn my application too,, I was a January Applicant,,
Better go for Paper Based n apply in Delhi,,

Did you tried contacting CIC office in Chandigarh or Canada through call/phone, and/or reaching out to your local MP in Canada?
Kindly let us know that we have idea of what has been happening with previous applicants.

Hmm.. I have reported it as a Technical Issue in their Case Specific Inquiry, and let's see what they say.

Did any of you got the 'ghost email'?
It says your file has been updated but in cic nothing is updated but in eta, it changed final decision from - ' in progress' to 'not started'
I applied on 11th June, paper based with upfront medicals
