Hello all, I would like to describe the condition I am in right now. I am on SOWP and my wife is on work permit. Both the permits are expiring in April 25. My wife study is is going to be completed in December 24.. I have read that in order to extend my SOWP, my wife should have an NOC job and three paystubs. True? And if yes, then do I need monthly paystub or biweekly paystubs? And one more question, if I apply for my wife’s PGWP, (mostly in dec 24) can I still stay in Canada on my SOWP or i have to leave? Please advise on this

Yup..the primary applicant must have job(temporarily they allow teer-5 job up until January-2025..after this minimum noc-c job) to extend ur sowp...u cannot apply for your pgwp..she needs to apply to you as far I know
