Is SOWP Extension with the Principal Applicant's part-time job possible?

Hi,

I will be applying for my PGWP next month. I may secure a part-time (24 hours/week) contract job soon. I have a few questions, if someone can answer please.

1. Can I apply for my husband's SOWP before I get my PGWP? because my study permit and his sowp are expiring on June 11.
2. Do I need a full-time job only to extend his SOWP?
3. If yes, can I work two part-time jobs to meet the full-time job criteria?
4. If I get a job but do not get three pay stubs by the time I apply for SOWP, can I still apply and upload the paystubs as soon as I get them?
