SOP IDEA FOR I.T STUDENTS

Hi i will be pursuing Computer Network at centennial, but i was refused yesterday. But im trying to make a stronger SOP to strengthen my application again. I graduated bachelor of science in Information Technology. Can anybody help me to write one please?

they refuse u by saying the u will not return at the end of your stay.this is the the most ridicules and common reason
