My father has given me some money to cover my proof of fund requirement. the money was given on 22/01/2018 . I still havent created the gift deed but I intend to do so. Now my questions are.
1. Is it okay to get the gift deed at a later date? Or is it mandatory to get the deed on the same day when the gift was given?
2. Will there be a need of Affidavit as well?
3. Gift deed and affidavit has to be in legal paper?
4. Both gift deed and affidavit has to be notarized?
5. Do I have to submit the bank statement of my father as well or the cheque/demand draft scan copy will be enough?
Please help me out, this is freaking me out because I feel one might make mistake with this one and which might result in rejection.

5. Bank statements of donor is not required. If you attach copy of the cheque etc it will be fine as well however it is not required. Gift deed and your bank statements are enough.
