I am waiting on DM and return of passports. I also have a job offer. I applied for SINP so that I could enter Canada earlier. The PR has come through before SINP. Can I enter Canada on a temporary work permit, leave again and land as a permanent resident not needing to show proof of funds as I am working. I am totally confused. :

As your PR has come through before SINP, your PR status/visa will take precedence. And so, you will have to show POF on landing. You will not be granted Temporary work permit if you already have PR visas.
