I'm about to send my solemn declaration for my lost/stolen PR card. Are they gonna send me a new one? Or do I need to re apply for it. Thanks.
 
They will send new PR card. When did you became PR?

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I bacame a PR in JUNE 2012, The PR I lost will gonna expire Next yr. Around AUG.

Yes, I been away prolly less than 90 days in total, that's from June2012-Current.
 
My family first PR card was lost in the delivery and we got it after sending solemn declaration form. Better to call CIC for details, since your card is 4 years old.
