None of these services may be available.

as of now all the plans on hold , soft landing is not a grey area for many applicants as coming back to US on visa would be difficult until non essential travels are allowed. anyone still planning to do soft landing to avoid losing the COPR and visa validity in upcoming weeks ?

We did a soft landing in March. But still haven't received PR cards. We are not even able to link the application online. We tried contacting IRCC but no response from them. Is there any other way to track it?
