Please help me. Soft landing has been completed on a valid COPR last year and back to US. I don’t have PR card, but want to travel to Canada again through my own car. Is it possible ?

Yes. Take your COPR with you.

Once the COPR is used to land (signed by CBSA officer), it becomes a record of that landing. That aspect of it does not expire. Now you're just using it as identification along with your other ID - even without COPR they would be able to look you up on computer.

Only question will likely be why you don't have a PR card, and why you haven't settled. Tell the truth. It's okay to visit. Eventually you will have an issue with residency obligation compliance (that is, if you don't come to Canada to settle).
