My eligibility is "recommend pass", medical is passed, and all fees are listed as paid as of November 1 2014.
On November 5 my paper file was moved to location "CEC OFF REV" which I assume is CEC officer review. Have not heard anything since and there is no further activity in the GCMS notes.
Any thoughts? There are no notes on my application that indicate it requires officer review.
