Hi All- My Eligibility is " Recommended Pass " by case Analyst. But while looking his detail notes in GCMS, I feels that these comments are not correct
1. "Offer letter duration" he mentioned that offer duration is less than 1 year ( I provided the correct letter its having 1 year duration after my PR)
2. Marriage status- I am married and claimed points from Spouse also but he mentioned that Single in ITA and Married in APR. This is not correct
In this case do I need to raise any web from / just wait for any info from the officer review?
Note: If analyst feel that some issue in above points, he could not mentioned that eligibility as Recommend pass correct? I am just worried what to do this case?

1.Did you claimed 50 points for offer letter? Till when offer letter is valid?
2.I think let's wait for final approval. Since Eligibility is Recommended passed i think its fine, no harm in sending Webform as well?

Thanks For your reply.
1. Yes I have claimed 50 points and my offer letter says " a duration of at least one year after the date on which his PR visa is issued"
2. I can wait, my worry is if office just reject without looking my documents then its a problem for me . at the same time , without asking any document/ADR by office do you feel its good idea to the documents again using webform?

Well, it depends on officer because usually if it is a full time offer letter there wont be duration but your case seems no duration and has this words so eligibility is passed. Since there is no duration they probably mentioned less than year. But recheck if you see duration of offer letter valid.

My Offer letter says: "
We are writing in support of Mr. XXXXXX application for
permanent residence in Canada. This letter is to confirm that an offer of continuous, fulltime
employment has been extended to Mr. XXXXXX for a duration of at least one year after the
date on which his permanent resident visa is issued, subject to the terms and conditions
outlined in Mr. XXXXX 's employment contract."
